

Breakfast
There is a choice
of various cooked breakfasts as well as a cold buffet table, these
might include
Full Irish AGA
cooked breakfast
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
Croque Madame
Omelette aux fines herbes
Cheese omelette
Ham omelette
Irish Cheddar rarebit
All our ingredients
are sourced locally, our eggs are free range, our smoked salmon
is local and organic and we use the very best bacon, sausages
and Clonakilty black and white pudding.
Dinner
The evening
meal is served at about eight o'clock and consists of a starter,
main course, cheese board and pudding with free wine, after dinner
coffee and chocolates. It is a set meal, but we always ask our
guests if they have any allergies or dislikes. Again, we use all
local produce (apart from the French Barbary Duck) and organic
where ever possible. Many of our dishes are slow cooked in the
AGA and all our breads and cakes are homemade. Over the years
we have won many awards for our food which we really enjoy preparing
for our guests.

We
offer a small but interesting selection of French wines, including
some lovely red, white and rose house wines from Languedoc and
Roussillon. There is also a choice of several Champagnes and pink
Cremants from Burgundy.
